Call for study grants for undergraduate students in the Electronic and Microelectronic Design Group

Call for applications for study grants for undergraduate students in the Electronic and Microelectronic Design Group.

1. Amount and conditions of the grants

The amount of the study grants for undergraduate students will be 300€/month.

2. Requirements of the beneficiaries

The beneficiaries of the grants must be undergraduate engineering students from a non-Spanish university who carry out short stays in the GDEM research laboratory.
3. Deadlines for submission of applications

The deadline for the submission of applications is 18 October 2022, date of publication of the call, and ends on 2 November 2022.

Applications should be sent by email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it., attaching CV and official list of grades of the subjects of the Bachelor's Degree studies passed.

4. Assessment and Resolution Criteria

The Assessment Committee will be made up of

  • The director of GDEM
  • The researcher responsible for GDEM's own project.
  • A lecturer with permanent links, member of GDEM.

The applications received that comply with the requirements of section 3 will be evaluated, calculating their score according to the academic qualifications of the applicants in the degree studies completed. (See conditions).

In the event of a tie, preference will be given to the candidate who provides any other merit (extracurricular training courses, etc.).

5. Payment of grants

The Director of CITSEM will order the payment of the grants once the students have been notified of the decision.

6. Execution of the grants

The grant will be paid during the last month of the stay.
